Salon Policies

Appointments

All appointments are given the required reservation of time needed for the Stylist to deliver the exceptional service requested. There are no deposits for new or upstanding Guests who schedule with our salon.

Cancellations

We recognize unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, we respectfully ask for 24 hours notice of all cancellations. Failure to give 24 hours notice will incur a non-refundable 50% deposit on future appointments. Deposits are transferrable to the following scheduled service.

No-Shows

A missed appointment without prior notice, or No-Shows, not only compromises our ability to serve other Guests, but also results in lost time and resources. For repeat offenders (two or more occasions) of No-Shows, the total appointment cost is levied. Future appointments will require a 100% non-refundable, non-transferrable deposit.

Late Arrivals

We value your time and the time of our other Guests. If you are more than 10 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule or omit certain parts of your scheduled service. The full cost of the service scheduled will still apply to your appointment.

Right To Decline Service

Our salon Staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who repeatedly offends our policies, behaves in a rude or offensive manner, is visibly intoxicated, or anyone who could compromise the health or safety of other salon Guests or Staff.
